What is a smoke spotter?
It used to be guys who sat in towers and watched for signs of fire in forests*. I think it's been replaced by cameras now. But the concept is that you find a job where you do something that requires a degree of isolation, like smoke spooters.

*The guys playing cards at the beginning of "The War of the Worlds" are smoke spotters.

Jobs for a introvert with social anxiety.
There was a interesting story focused vidgia game called Firewatch from earlier this ear of a guy who wanted to get away so he took a job as a smoke watcher.

But yeah took place in the 80s or some time gone by when it was a getable profession.

Idk the area but I've applied once as a redbox vending stocker or jobs like that where you don't drive people or work that detailed with people but drive to do service on or simply fill/empty machines.

RE: Jobs for a introvert with social anxiety.
I used to work with plants. There are people who take care of the plants in malls and offices and I was one of them. I'd go to hotel lobbies and doctor's offices and water the plants and keep them looking fresh and healthy. It was a very lonesome job for me because I like being around people so it might be something you'd like. I didn't need degree, they trained me. However it didn't pay much. This is a job you'd find in larger cities though. Offices and malls want fresh growing live plants because it looks nice and is really great for indoor air quality.

Edit: I wanted to add this photo of some interior plantscaping. It was a pretty neat, easy going job.....but very solitaire.

Another thought, brought on by Girly's post. Mechanic at a large shop. When I worked as a mechanic, I also managed the place, so I had to deal with the public. But if you have a logical mind (given), don't mind getting your hands dirty, and live where it doesn't fucking snow, you could be that mechanic out in the shop that gets shit fixed, and isn't bothered by the customers, because they have service writers who deal with them.

Slaughterhouse? You get to work with animals.

Don't let those gnomes and their illusions get you down. They're just gnomes and illusions.
