Trump shows no anti-semitism as far as I know and making x great again isn't unique to Hitler or maybe even to dictators. For me he is more like a Mussolini who for all his clownishness still could be dangerous. Still mostly I think that he is average "Joe populist"

He's a hyper-capitalist demagogue pretending to be a populist.

It's really pretty simple: he has learned to lie to get his way. He tells people that Hillary Clinton is a corrupt politician who just wants to appoint her cronies to positions of power if she's elected, and that he will fight for the Everyman and "drain the swamp", then he immediately appoints the most corrupt people you could possibly name for those positions to the positions of power.

Pretending to be a populist? If we go with Merriam-Webster definition then populist is: a member of a political party claiming to represent the common people. So if Trump claims that he is for common man then he is populist I would say. He does need to pretend just to claim.

The first revolt is against the supreme tyranny of theology, of the phantom of God. As long as we have a master in heaven, we will be slaves on earth.

So... where's the bias amigo? You've heard the shit he's said. In the name of not being biased where is the line drawn? What would constitute crossing the line for you?

How about the fact that his daughter is Jewish, or the fact that he promises to protect the LGBTQ community? The bias is in anyone who ignores those facts to call him Hitler. And what constitutes crossing the line for me is violating human or civil rights.

Oh, a politician's promises. He done promised it. Where's the *faith*, where's the *love*? So... violating human rights eh? like imposing an explicitly religious based ban on immigration?

RE: Journalists Face Felony Charges in Mass Arrests during Inauguration
Nobody thinks he's a literal Nazi, as in National Socialist Worker's Party member. Thus, it is not surprising that he would have many ideologies not shared by the historical Nazis and/or Hitler himself... or that the Nazis would have ideologies he does not share. It is a strawman to claim your opponents think of him as an actual Nazi, or to pretend that those who point to him using that label are trying to indicate that they think he's a literal Hitler supporter or Nazism adherent. It is therefore equally a strawman to point to his Jewish family members or lack of open hatred for LGBTQ persons' hard-won rights.

He is a demagogue who appears to be taking steps in a direction we find uncomfortably close to historical examples of fascism, including the aforementioned Nazi Party, by allying himself with a base that has clear ties to white supremacy and by filling his cabinet and the federal government with corporate cronies and right-wing extremist position holders on a scale literally never before seen.

If you cannot see the ways in which he is taking a page out of the "historical fascist demagogues" playbook, then all I can say is "willful blindness".

Despite what you might think, immigrating to the U.S. isn't a human right. As for religious based ban read this.

Wake up. He is supporting the removal of protections under the guise of protecting freedom of religion.

They want to allow discrimination based on religious belief. His promises are worthless.

Agreed. His actions represent the classic example.

Obviously. I've pointed that out myself here.
