Information Just a Statement
While I classifiy myself an athiest, internally I think of myself as a scientist. No, I don't have a degree, work in a lab, or even own a single beeker. But I do believe the true beauty of science lies in the belief that ANYthing can be true untill proven otherwise. How many times have the "impossable" been proven true when science catches up. That being said, wasting your life on faith in anything and everything that 'could' be true is insane at worst, and VERY time consumming at best. Wonder is a beautiful thing and the unknown, unexplained, unknowable, and unexplainable are truly wonderful. I would hate for my fellow athiest to give that up. Keeping an open mind is what brought many of us to this place. Don't lose it now.

Skepticism rules.
Question everything until it passes your smell test.

The old gods are dead, let's invent some new ones before something really bad happens.

That. And continually train your nose to be as discerning as possible so you don't get fooled.

Any promise of a postmortem preservation of personal identity is preposterous. (read in Daffy Duck voice)
