Here's a live stream that hopefully won't send you crazy to watch:
http://vaughnlive.tv/livelife8072
The commentary panel consists of: Livelife8072, C0ct0pus, Steve Shives, Matthew Steele, Dr. Price, DarkMatter 2525, NegationOfP.

It looks like I'll be at work when it goes live.

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.

Ok, so Ham SERIOUSLY suggested that "every animal kind" was a taxomic family instead of a single species? Throwing in the towel over here, boss.

It annoys me when Ham says, "I love science!"

Fuck you, Ham. You don't love science.

It was even more annoying when Ham kept mentioning that he knows a book with all the answers.

I would have liked Nye to destroy Ham on his attempts to re-define "science" and "evolution". I certainly would have pointed out first thing that he can't make up his own definitions of these words in order to cheat the debate.

Yeah, I don't think he really ever got on him for that, much. But there is so much to cover in a debate, you kind of have to choose where you're going to place your time and attention. Over all I can't complain. He said what needed to be said.

I just finished it. I am pleased with Bill. Love that guy!

I'll agree. All in all, he got the main point across. Hamm didn't really offer anything scientific up for debate (wonder why that is Rolleyes ) so Bill didn't have too much to dispute other than the better recourses of science in the classroom. I suppose it could have been worse, but I was hoping for so much better.

Either way, Bill came through. Good on the science guy.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.
