It's worth reading. If you're interested in Russian literature I would also reccomend Nadezhda Mandelstam Hope Against Hope, Oleg Pavlov Captain of the Steppe and his two other works and Yuri Druzhnikov Angels on the Head of a Pin: A Novel.
