"You're fired" list updated.

Blink

3/4 of that list are Obama people.

I support their removal.

I haven't checked out their CVs or ascertained their competences and biases, or reviewed their performance against whatever KPIs/targets they were set, to determine whether skills match the roles they were given.

So I will have to bow to your superior analytical reasoning which no doubt is based upon rational metrics and not gut instinct or prejudice.

I don't know if 3/4 are actually Obama people -- I'll have to look at that list more carefully.

That being said...

I think what you meant to say is that it's not uncommon for the incoming administration to "let go" people from the outgoing one. Many of the positions are left to ease the transition.

Yes

I just did a search...

26 People on this list...

4 Before inauguration So they don't really count..

5 were appointed by Obama to actual positions of importance.
1 appointed by Obama was head usher for the WH -- Non-political position...She was in charge of the Ushers...

Patrick Kennedy ...... January 1 Supported Trump...I dunno why he’s on this list.
Joyce Anne Barr ...... January 1 Obama
Michele Bond .......... January 1
Gentry O. Smith ...... January 1 Obama

Sally Yates .............. January 30 Obama
Mike Flynn .............. February 13 Trump
Craig Deare ............ February 17 trump
Preet Bharara .......... March 11 Obama
Katie Walsh ............. March 30 Trump
K.T. McFarland ........ April 9 Trump
Angella Reid ............ May 5 Obama (she was an usher -- no reason at all)
James Comey .......... May 9 Originally appointed by GW Bush as Deputy AG. Obama appointed to FBI
John Thompson ....... May 9 Obama
Mike Dubke ............. May 18 Trump
Tera Dahl ................ July 6 Trump
Walter Shaub .......... July 9 Obama
Sean Spicer ............. July 21 Trump
Rich Higgins ............ July 21 Trump
Michael Short .......... July 25 Trump
Derek Harvey .......... Jul 27 Trump
Reince Preibus ......... July 28 Trump
Anthony Scaramucci . July 31 Trump
Ezra Cohen-Watnick . August 2 Trump
Steve Bannon .......... August 18 Trump
Carl Icahn ............... August 18 Trump
Sebastian Gorka ...... August 25 Trump

So LDH, 16 people of the 26 on this list were appointed by Trump....

Not exactly that 3/4 you claimed they were. Please feel free to double check my work but I'm curious which 5 that Obama appointed did you have issues with? Certainly it wasn't the lady who was an usher...

Well the list had Preet Bharara on it. Not sure why he was included and the other 49 U.S. Attorney's were not, but since ALL of the U.S. Attorney's were fired or ordered to resign this list should be about 50 people longer.

But again, that's kinda common when a new administration takes over...All those people weren't listed either. So, let's take him off the list...that means 4 Obama people (that weren't in positions of US Attorney) and one Head Usher...

Still no where near the 3/4 you're claiming that the MAJORITY on this list were Obama people.

Actually I did some quick math in my head when I posted my response and I still stand by it. If you remove the resignations and only count the firings (the list says it's people fired but the majority are resignations). If we add ALL of the resignations and count them as firings then the list is much bigger. If we only count the true "you're fired" people then who do we have? Preet Bharara, James Comey. Sally Yates. Come to think of it...has Trump actually fired anyone except Obama people? My 3/4 was way off. It's like 100% Obama people "FIRED." Trump has had people come and go from his staff but none of the major players were directly fired the way Comey, Yates or P.B. was. We either count resignations or we don't. If we do, the list is HUGE with Obama appointees that were ordered to quit.

RE: Korea
The difference is what though? Some old administration people are different but some of those he had credit for initially like comney and the clear his own "best hires"

Agreeing that somehow reginsations is somehow not a firing is as silly as saying Nixon did not get pushed out, he stepped out when he was going to be.

But again with Trump it's more noticeable mocked because he directly follows in worse ways the exact things he had derided Obamas presidency for and counter to Trump's bold best hires comments.

Or that's as silly as believing the common in corporate or sports term of they mutually parted ways... meaning fired but I guess in a non angry way.
