RE: Korea
Today, North Korea launched another missile. This one passed over Japan air space and crashed a thousand miles away from its eastern border. Abe called for an emergency meeting of the UN Council members.

RE: Korea
After the most important nuclear test of the North Korean military, the UN impose another train of sanction against the textile industry of the Hermit Kingdom as well as reducing their imports of oil and natural gaz. The precedent sanction on coal, mining and fishery didn't even had the time to make an impact.

Are those sanction going to work? I am affraid that at this point, it would be suicidal for Kim to de-escalate the conflict without loosing its hold on his country. For a proper de-escalation, we need to put in place a plan in which all party can look good or tension are going to keep rising until they reach their tipping point.

RE: Korea
The sanctions will do what they always do. Strengthen his dependence on and alliances with our adversaries, namely other sanctioned nations.
