It will take some more development - it's not palatable. If it tasted like Kobi beef, someone would step in with funds and it would be mass produced in no time.

That's why I say start with the real exotic meats, there are tons of rich people that would fund the research then. Can we get our hands on any Dodo bird cells? We've got to be able to get some Mammoth cells from somewhere.

Don't waste your time growing beef or pork or chicken until the production costs come down.
