You can eat a whole loaf of bread?

When all you eat all day is a loaf of bread, yes, yes I can.
Also, it's not in one sitting I can't eat it in one sitting. I had half for lunch and half for dinner. It's good bread.

I'll take a picture, it is yum. I has raspberry jam in the center too and the icing is delicious.

Damn. You really like almonds.

RE: What did you eat today?
Homemade moo shu with mushroom based vege-chicken. Except I used yufka (Turkish flat bread) instead of the traditional Chinese wraps, because why the hell not? Tongue

I've never heard of yufka. The ingredients appear to be vegan--so I'll have to give it a try. It kind of looks like naan--which I love. I also love veggie moo shu and eat it quite a bit with plum sauce. I think yufka would taste really good with that Thumbsup

The taste is similar to naan, but it's considerably thinner. Almost like a tortilla.

RE: What did you eat today?
My eats so far today:

almond latte
chana masala with pita chips
tea
coconut water

Probably a healthy stir fry of some sort for dinner and probably eat some of this Field Roast vegan loaf stuff I bought as a snack--so good!! Maybe some oatmeal with hemp seeds and berries. Then maybe a piece of vegan carrot cake later on Drooling
