RE: What's for Dinner? (or supper, or lupper, or the last meal of the day)
Chicken fried steak, smashed taters, and gravy...perhaps a veggie thrown in just for good measure.

Don't make this often...I'd be able to hear my arteries hardening if I did.

See here they are the bruises some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

Drooling

Oh I love that! And I'm starving...

Fat chance staying low carb tonight!

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

I loves me some chicken-fried steak. Skip the taters (or use sweet potatoes which have a lower GI) and use ground pork rinds for the breading (an old low carber's trick) and you can stay pretty low carb. But it'll harden your arteries even quicker.

Pizza. I eat pizza far too often. I make my own and make the sauce from tomatoes I grew in my garden (and canned, when not in season). Also growing peppers and onions this year, so hopefully I can use those on pizzas soon also.

Hell yes. Everything needs horsey sauce.

Beer, cereal and ice cream. Not all in the one bowl.

Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk.
