RE: What's for Dinner? (or supper, or lupper, or the last meal of the day)
For breakfast I had a coffee and eggs with bacon, sausage, tomato and mushroom with turkish bread toasted.

RE: What did you eat today?
Good old Lexington NC style (the good kind!) chopped BBQ with sides of green beans and Mac & cheese. With sweet tea to drink. Supper will be a bit healthier- seared cod with asparagus that I'll make myself.

RE: What did you eat today?
I'm tired and in pain from a very long, active day so I wanted easy quick comfort food.

Crunchy peanut butter and grape jam on honey wheat bread with a big glass of milk.

RE: What did you eat today?
A sweet potato with two table spoons of olive oil and a hand full of walnuts for breakfast. Then yogurt with cocao bean powder and quinoa and rice. Then cod and roasted bell peppers. Then a banana and more yogurt. That's my whole day.
