RE: What's for Dinner? (or supper, or lupper, or the last meal of the day)
To be exact I got 185g of lightly smoked flaked tuna (couldn't find regular tuna.. but smoked will do), 425g can of creamy satay (which is a shit load of sauce, but it was cheaper than the serves 2 packs I usually get so.. Oh well, more than just left overs for lunch tomorrow as usual I think. More like left overs for the next 4 days. Anyway, 500g of Peas & Corn and 500g of long grain Australian white rice.
So, boil the rice, boil the peas and corn (not to long for them though), fry the tuna a bit, chuck it all in the pan, fry it all up, throw in some sauce, heat up the sauce and presto. Quick, easy, minimal dishes, plenty of left overs for my trip tomorrow.

Best part is, I may actually have a picture of the chicken I put in that pie.

So many cats, so few good recipes.

I had chicken also, BBQed. I melted some jack cheese on it. I had a side of girl guide cookies. For dessert I'm about to make a smoothie, I'm craving a green one (yogurt with avocado, spinach and blueberries, maybe a bit of banana too. Mmm.

Well I'm glad you asked me that Muffs.
Tonight we learned two valuable lessons.
1) Don't forget to rinse the rice before you cook it.
and
2) If you can't find normal tuna, go with the salmon.

RE: What's for Dinner? (or supper, or lupper, or the last meal of the day)
Worked my normal 8-5:30, but it's wednesday so I pulled my shift at the liqour store, 5:45-11. Long day, packed my supper. A bag of cheese nips and a lovely ham and cheese w/ provolone and chipotle mayo.

Ate the bag of cheese nips first and ruined my appetite for the sannich. Got home, still not quite hungry.

My supper: Jim Beam.

Now I'm hungry, but it's too late to eat. At least I'll sleep. G'nite folks. Sannich for breakfast sounds good......

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Liverwurst, onion and mustard on pumpernickel. Dunno why. It was good.

My mom made string hoppers as yesterday dinner. She made string hoppers with chicken curry. I like her chicken curry taste very much.
