Nothing complicated a 50/50 (60/40-40/60) mix of oil and Aceto Balsamico and some salt.

I love radishes--especially straight from the garden. I make radish sandwiches sometimes--so yum! Drooling

In the UK we just have the small red variety mainly, the small white jobs are rare but I remember them from childhood. We have horse radish of course, just about my favourite sauce type! Proper Tewksbury Mustard, made from mild English mustard and horse radish, was definitely my favourite. But the original company folded and all the new attempts have too much honey and not enough hot radish for my taste.

But I have seen films of Germans noshing on all colours and sizes, expecially big white ones IIRC. I Googled "German radishes" and selected images. They may not all be German but I was astonished to see how many radish varieties there are!

Tomorrow is precious, don't ruin it by fouling up today.
