Laksa, from the same cookbook as the selsig morgannwg we had a few days ago.

It's a Peranakan rice noodle soup with a coconut milk and curry base. And yeah it was Censored awesome.

I had to look those up. Wink The Laksa looks yum, I'm assuming the vegetarian version right? Online it says it's made with chicken, prawns etc. I love noodles.

The selsig morgannwg looks really good too--I'd have to veganize it of course Tongue

Yeah. The one we had used tofu, pumpkin (or any semi sweet squash), and some random veggies. Everything from the cookbook is vegetarian. Pretty sure the laksa was vegan.
