I missed lunch today
Dinner - vegan kale soup and a big slice of italian bread
and I am about to have strawberries and pound cake for dessert

jenny bee, do you make the moo shu yourself? would love a recipe!

Oats with the cashew butter and strawberries sounds great. I'll have to make that. Got my hummus and peppers Thumbsup

I don't make the mushu, but I go to this one restaurant and they make it for me without the eggs. I think YH said that he or his gf made it before, if I'm remembering correctly Consider Or maybe it was someone else in this thread? I haven't made my own yet, but would like to.

it is my favorite breakfast! filling and delicious.

You must live somewhere more cosmopolitan. lol The restaurants around here tend to cater to tourists and they aren't exactly culinarily adventurous. Veggie moo shu sounds so good. enjoy!

A contradiction. Shocking

Took it easy today. Bought fish "n" chips..... chips soaked in vinegar and smoked cod in batter.

Right now I live in Cali and they have tons of veggie options here. I can pretty much get anything I want or at least tweak it slightly to make it vegan. I don't usually have any problems with restaurants veganizing things for me. Or I just order sides (like when my bf wants to go to a steak house.)
