No. They were fried and then cooked in a oven for a while.

RE: What did you eat today?
Cleaning up some leftovers from the weekend, so into the slow cooker goes:
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 big chicken thighs
  • 2 sliced carrots
  • 1 cup cooked lentils
  • 1 big-ass onion, sliced
  • about half a dozen sliced mushrooms
  • 4 cloves crushed garlic
  • ground cumin
  • salt, pepper, steak spice
It's festering away as I type this, ready in about 4 hours.

Well, was going to have something healthy like grilled asparagus for dinner but getting burrito instead with tortilla chips and guac and salsa and beer because it's been one of those days. Hobo

I also had pizza and a cupcake earlier Tongue but I kinda balanced that out with a pomelo and a coconut water Big Grin

Tried something new today: fried napa cabbage with garlic and soy&chili sauce. Tasted great.
