Yes, be careful of YH, he's coming up with recipes as we speak Tongue

Why do you think I have been avoiding him.

Made steak Jamaican. Top sirloin, marinated in orange juice, lemon juice, cinnamon, ginger, brown sugar, salt and pepper. Fantastic. The dogs were lined up 10 minutes early for leftovers.

Sure. You need:

- 1 eggplant
- 1 big potato
- 1 big tomato
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili
- 1 or 2 bay leafs
- coriander - 1 spoon
- dill - 1 spoon
- basil - 2 spoons
- parsley - 2 spoons
- salt and pepper

Cut potato and eggplant into slices, tomato, onion and garlic into dices. Put onion and potato into frying pan and fry it for 3 to 5 minutes, then add eggplant, tomato, salt and bay leaf and fry it under lid for about 15 minutes. Add little water if necessary. After 15 minutes add basil and rest of herbs, garlic, chili and pepper. Fry 5 minutes more.

You could also use fresh herbs instead of spices.
