I'm definitely spoiled with the food where I live. But if you have any stores like Whole Foods or something near you, you might be able to find some interesting things.

latte, True Chia banana yogurt (I love these things, especially the dark chocolate version)

chana masala and roti for lunch

dinner was cornmeal crust pizza with zucchini, vegan mozz. cheeze shreds, and nutritional yeast

I did my first really serious workout today. I parred it with a biggg breakfast of eggs, fruit, a few pips of 85% dark chocolate, and some water infused with chia seeds.

For lunch I had hummus and pita chips (loving hummus too much...)

And for dinner I just had pasta with homemade tomato sauce with turkey sausage. Big Grin
