It's not a thing, but people have given it a name.

Same problem I have with brunch. None of it is real.

It's transitional, like twilight. Twilight zoneā€¦ you know. Gasp

Never got around to preparing something, so off I went to a 16 hour overnight shift with 2/3 of a round of brie, 2 apples, and 3 bottles of Ensure my girlfriend had leftover from her morning sickness phase.

It'll work, dammit. My co-workers might give me weird looks at break time, but that's nothing new.

Most Caesar salad dressings have anchovy paste in them. It's just way down on the ingredient list. Personally, I think it's a disgusting addition, but usually you can't taste it. I don't add it when I make homemade dressing.

So many cats, so few good recipes.

I add a couple of chopped anchovies. Anchovy paste is just wrong.

Gotta be browned and roasted if that they're that thick. Yes?

Got some thick thick cut pork chops (2"") from Costco. I'm gonna try brining them first.

I'm really curious how that turns out. Generally I save brining for drier tougher meats like rabbit and some of the leaner cuts of goat. Why did you choose brining?

So many cats, so few good recipes.

It's pork and brine. What could possibly go wrong?

Never had brined pork. I'm serious.
