I'm thinking steak tonight.

Maybe a small baked potato and salad.

But as if to knock me down, reality came around
And without so much as a mere touch, cut me into little pieces

Cool Yes Mines been on the hob for over an hour now, slowly cooking, cause I like the quality of pasta.

Miso (味噌汁) and Japanese chicken curry rice (カツカレー) last night. Tonight woodfired pizza if we make it successfully into the city.

I put the hob on low so it takes a while to cook.

Have chili simmering on the stove. Not a favorite of mine but it's turning cold and the husband and son like it. I will make some corn bread later.

A Mexican food kinda weekend, made chicken enchiladas last night.

Come to think of it...I even cooked breakfast yesterday - surely we are going to freeze over around here. Tongue

Considering spaghetti take 3-5 minutes to cook properly, an hour is definitely going to yield very different results.

You aren't perhaps talking about putting pasta sauce on the hob for an hour, are you? Smile
