RE: What's for Dinner? (or supper, or lupper, or the last meal of the day)
Worth it though....I'd love to get my hands on some pecan wood. Yum.

So many cats, so few good recipes.

It is -- this is the first time I've used pecanwood for chicken, but I'll be goddamned if it isn't the best chicken breast I've done over coals. The light salt on the top, the olive oil, the pecan smokiness and the basil on the flatbread are just killin' it. I will definitely go this route again.

A frozen pizza that was on sale. Better than plain rice I guess ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Goddamned chicken's taking too long because pecanwood is hard to light up even over orange coals.

This is how it came out. I forgot to mention cheese on it -- extra sharp cheddar. I was out of feta Sad:

Shrimp Boil with Corn on the cob macaroni salad and coleslaw. Boiling the shrimp in Yuenglings with generous Old Bay seasoning.
