I found it, when you log in, you can change the region on the left side of the client.
So I guess everyone can add everyone, just everyone has to chose the same region to be able to play together. Just a guess

naa each region requires a different account but i think you can setup multiple accounts using the same email

So dredmal explained me tons of things about LoL and gave me some great links and advice on how to build my champion/s. This really helped, that guy knows what he's talking, I swear.

And then yesterday Zephony and I played (and lost the match) but he also had some really good advice.

Then today and yesterday at work in my breaks I watched tons of videos on how to build my fav champion and how people played it, some gameplay, some tactics etc... wonderful.

So now I just played a great friggin match! We lost but this was the first match where I died only once, and apart from that I got my team out of trouble numerous times. I start understanding how to play this, I start getting a bit of tactic, etc....

And here we go, my fav champion >> Ashe!!
If not available, I try to get Caitlyn, like that as well. But right now she is not free to play and I don't have enough moneythingyingamecashthingamabob to unlock her. But as soon as I have I will unlock her for sure!
