I'm big on series.

1. Song of Ice and Fire - George R.R. Martin
2. Honorverse - David Weber
3. Dark Tower - Stephen King
4. Emberverse - S.M. Stirling
5. Wheel of Time - Robert Jordan

We can throw in the first two books of Ender's Game as well, didn't care for second two or the Bean stuff.
