If it looks like a goddamned bug, I'm not eating the sonofabitch...

I did enough of that on a bike.....

Oh yes.
This is a 'thing' in the town in which I live. It's a tourist gimmick they pull out only in the summer months. I don't know anyone local who actually eats it.

If you are going to Maine, try blueberry ice cream. Maine blueberries are the bomb diggity.

I love lobster so much! Being a Mainah, though, it's kind of expected. But hell no, I wouldn't eat this ice cream. A big part of what I like about lobster is the texture- it fits so well with the delicious taste. I don't think I'd enjoy this mess.

Mmmmmm, I donno. If it tastes like BUTTER and has chunks of lobster in it.......might be ok. Hummm. I'd have to have a sample first before I plunked down the money.

Ill-fac’d, worse bodied, shapeless every where;
Vicious, ungentle, foolish, blunt, unkind,
Stigmatical in making, worse in mind.

You nailed it. Texture is key when eating lobster. Also temperature is important as well. Hot lobster is great with butter. Cold lobster in a sandwich is delicious. I am not so sure about frozen.

That ice cream looks about as appealing as belly button lint candy.
