No intention of it. Just saying that if I did, in hindsight there would have been plenty of indicators for people to talk about and convince themselves that they could have done something, as is often the case. I guess my point is simply that, with or without signs, it's usually very difficult to predict this kind of thing, and best to avoid the self blame often associated with losing someone in such a manner.
