Luke Barnes
Anyone know anything about Luke Barnes. I recently watched the Lawrence Krauss vs William Lane Craig and was doing a little back ground googling and came across this other scientist, Luke Barnes. Seems to challenge Krauss on a number of things related to the debate and I think he's targeted some other folks.

Got a little bit from this other blog but I don't see much else

Barnes appears to be a fan of fine-tuning of the universe by some intelligence and has been funded by the Templeton Foundation.
I suggest approaching anything he writes with a fair amount of skepticism. Carry a bag of salt.

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.

RE: Luke Barnes
I picked up on that. I'm trying to be somewhat fairminded and so attempting to read different views but given he doesn't seem to give a clear indication of his belief (which is fine buy itself) and yet it does seem he comes to the aid of certain Christian apologists. .

I saw his one critique of William lane Craig but it seemed a very soft critique followed by support for a key argument of Craig. Even the part 2 seems like a set up. Some critique of Craig before support. I'd have no real problem with this if Barnes were up front about his belief. This feels dishonest but perhaps I'm being unfair. Having only highschool science education I have to sit on the sidelines and watch.
