Today I would go. In two weeks I'd see where things are at, how much and how fast the stats had increased if they had. I'd be a germ-a-phobe on the plane/ public spaces, but that's normal for me when I fly. (I wipe stuff down, bring hand sanitizer and things).
I'd play this by ear, but it doesn't seem too high risk yet. SK is on red alert, not HK. |

I was in HK for the SARS outbreak. Very little notice was taken until an MTR (metro railway) employee came down with it. The next day until after I left everyone wore masks outside.
Give me your argument in the form of a published paper, and then we can start to talk. |
