It's odd that we have to explicitly state that we don't want to lynch anyone. Shouldn't the absence of a post that names a target be sufficient? Consider

It's a rule they brought forward from my last game which is designed to prevent a combination of afk townies and lurker mafia from preventing town from getting a lynch off. Now it's just whatever has the most votes by the end of the day cycle (unless I've misunderstood what was in the main post, in which case either of the hosts can correct me) will be what happens. So if three people vote to lynch someone and four people vote to no lynch, no lynch will happen, and vice versa.

I get so confused. I understand the majority vote (if there are 10 players, 6 are need to activate a lynch) ... are we not voting in that way anymore?
