Well, other than that one ability that safely let everyone role drop to Tarty. Once that happened, I knew I was pretty well screwed. About the best I could do was lie and buy an extra night or two. I think my only shot at a victory would have been the mafia killing about four of you before you lynched them all.

Even 1 mis-lynch would have KO'd the town. Yes my creative use of game mechanics did give the town the win (Turns on *Applause* sign) but that was not how most people would have played that role. Don't get me wrong I don't think this was a bad game by any means but to have it be balanced you need a 3:1 town to scum ratio this game did not even have 2:1. The only advantage the town has is numbers when you remove that it unbalances things.

I fucking knew he needed to die Dodgy

If you have an optional role like that (turncoat or what have you) you have to count them as mafia to balance. With the low turnout you probably should have pared back at least the Independent role.

*Edit* 3 cheers to the brilliant move on day one that lead to this win Drinking Beverage

Well, do you know why there were no actual mis-lynches? Because your role was over-powered. Having to fake role and character claim from Day 1? How can the Mafia survive after this in a game (Dishonored) where the good characters are very few and it is a huge risk claiming to be one? I got lynched because I chose a very minor character.

Moms was scared to role claim so se was lynched, so the only succesful lynch that was not because of you was only for one Mafia member.

Indeed it did put a ton of pressure on everyone, however 1 townie who was not paying attention at all (and how often does that happen?) and it still triggers a mis-lynch.

Your role is a Desperado. As a desperado you may another player at any point during a day phase. If your target is non-townie then they will die, if your target is townie then you will die. This is a one shot ability.

The game will start at 3pm GMT (10am EST) tomorrow.

Most people looking at that would not think "Oh I'll suicide day one and confirm someone to form an alliance around" and if it is not used day 1 then it is not really over-powered. Most Town aligned Killers tend to be very hesitant to use their ability.
