Mafia: Grinch, Chas, Jack Frost

Townie: Santa, Gingerbread Man, St Nick, Christmas Tree, Jesus, Rudolf, etc.

That sounds like a great idea actually! I planned on setting up and starting right after the current Kick Ass game ended though. So it would start in November. But I see no harm in kicking in the holiday spirit a little earlier.

I'll save the DC theme for the game after Stevie's.

I already have the theme in mind.

Fuck you Stevie, I was gonna call the one after Ferdy's but just thought it was kinda premature to call it.

I call the one after yours.

Man, fine. Sad

I'll do the DC game after yours then.

Is this a role play turn based thing I need a noob overview.

You can go read the current game going on to get a sense of it.

Go and look back at past games. Sesame Street and Shakespeare were very noob friendly games. Use them as your examples. The games I tagged in the OP are standard/difficult set ups.

I think a holiday theme would be totally awesome.

The sun rises in the West and the bird shits on the coffeetable.

RE: Mafia in the making (set up and themes)
I started writing up the Christmas themed game right now. It may start a bit early; perhaps sometime next week (Nov 17th - 23rd) all depending on when Tim's game ends, which could probably be several more days, and how long it will take for enough people to sign up. I'll start the game based on convenience for everyone playing, so if I have to put it off until the week after, I can. I'm looking at about 12+ players, which is usually the amount of people we typically have playing. I'm hoping it will attract people who'd like to learn how to play.

A Christmas themed game would be great. Yes, we need a Grinchy Chas. Smile

Either way count me in when you play it.
