Nice photos Lady Jane. The first one is similar to a jelly fish that I took a picture of at a North Carolina fish aquarium.

This is a picture that someone took of me taking a picture of a rather friendly squirrel. It was taken in the park surrounding the Reflecting Pool in Washington, D.C. a few years ago. I decided to spice it up a little. My hand and the camera it was holding was visible under my armpit, so I removed them. The light sabers were found on various websites. Its amazing what you can do on MS Paint.

A more proper caption would be "Bringing diabetes to the world one slice at a time!" And yes, I'm pissed that I can't eat pizza anymore.

And I love this one because it looks like she is literally peering into the ocean depths from the edge. I know she is seeing something she likes because she is doing the hand stretchy thing she does when she's excited. Heart I love all the negative space in the photo, also.

I like this one a lot. Peering into the abyss. Now if HoC was doing his job properly, she'd be in proper gear hooked up to a belay line.

Breathing - it's more art than science.

I'm making a GIF animation for the above picture. I have opted to call it "Captain Pickles: Defender of the Universe" instead of "Cat Wars." You can see the first part here. I'll upload the second part when I finish it. I'm making this stuff up (and learning how to create GIFS) as I go along.

I've created a t-shirt design for shirtpunch.com, hoping they pick it. It's a design that plays off of the Salt Life logo.

I do that too... and a guy friend I know does something similar, as well.
I used to think I was a spaz. (not that I'm not) Dodgy Laughat
Now I notice others doing it so, I guess we're ok.

It's as if I feel something with my eyes and the feeling goes all the way out to my fingers.
It took me a while to accept this behavior as a talent. Thumbsup

Your photos are just sublime, LadyJane.

I think in the end, I just feel like I'm a secular person who has a skeptical eye toward any extraordinary claim, carefully examining any extraordinary evidence before jumping to conclusions. ~ Eric ~ My friend ... who figured it out.

I found this one tonight. I did this years ago, I think it was somewhat like another picture I saw but can't remember. This one is in a chalk pastel.

I specifically no longer sketch, paint or do anything like that. I've found various other ways of expressing myself. My most sincere passion is in the car world, specifically race cars. Making things functional, doing various things to them to make them faster, better, etc.

On top of this I love taking old beat up cars and restoring them. Hopefully, without giving too much away, here's a before and after picture of a car I picked up almost 2 years ago. I bought it beat up, needing a lot of work. Within a few months I have it back to daily driver status and it is now my daily driver. (Engine bay pictures)

And a few recent progress bits I made on my trackday project. I made the carbon bits and carpeted the inside myself. (dash, tank cover, switch panel, etc etc)

May not be art to some, but it's how I express myself and put my motivation to play.

Here is a demon doodle I recently did. It started off as a nerdy character, but morphed into a little devil.
