RE: Movie Scores (Soundtracks)
*Yeah, it's not movie specific, so sue me...*

First off, love John Williams. But I grew up loving video-game music much more so than movie music (and a played a tons of Star Wars games too). This episode of Extra Credits, while being about game music, also nails why so many tunes are compelling (and why classic 8-bit tunes remains so). One word; melody. This is why I love John Williams work, there is a strong melody to it; and the same applies to really great game music. It's why the theme to God of War is forgettable, but the themes to The Legend of Zelda or HALO are classics.

The Elder Scrolls games, so fucking epic. Big Grin

I don't care for the franchise, but the music is excellent.

Say "UWE BOLL" 3 times into your monitor and, the next day he will be announced as directing the movie of your favourite game.

To be fair, his film RAMPAGE was a great powerfully dark movie. All of his game adaptations can go suck a bag of dicks... Dodgy
