Moving To Texas
Huntsville, specifically.

Anyone from that area on here? Would like some help scouting out work and a place to live. (Moving there with my wife so she can go to grad school.)

Would also like a few like-minded cool folk to hang with from time to time, too.

Hit me up, please, if you fit the bill!

Thanks!

RE: Moving To Texas
So the decision has been made.

I am pretty far from Huntsville and don't know anything about it. I have been in the Dallas area nearly seven years and I like it. Looks like you won't be that far from Austin...everybody loves Austin.

Good luck with the move, keep an open mind and good luck with your lady's schooling.

See here they are, the bruises, some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

Yep. The decision has been rendered. For now.

We'll see what the future holds, but we're both pretty excited about this.

Thanks for the well-wishes!

Are you a corrections officer? If you are, Huntsville is the right place to be.

It's a prison town and America's capital for capital punishment.

Actually, I was looking at getting into that, if only because it seems that the prisons and the schools are the biggest employers. I could also transfer in my job, but it would require an hour's commute to sell wireless products.
