I settled down to watch it, my Man asked, "what are you watching?"

I told him.

He said, "oh, they all die."

Shitty film anyway. Big Grin

I will call him a liar and a dog here and now.

Just as he's leaving for work...my man asks "what are you watching now?"

I sighed and said another film I've never seen "The Princess Bride"

"They all die heartbroken." And walks out the door.

Sooooo going back to Fringe and weirdness.

No! Tell me you watched it. One of my favorite movies, of course these days I have to watch it alone because I can't help quoting the entire thing along while it plays. Weeping

Plus they don't really die...pretty sure hubby is just fuckin with you now...

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

Really?! Maybe I'll watch it tomorrow. Smile

Meanwhile there is a series streaming done by cnn (I think) called the 60s.

So far it's pretty good. Smile

For sure, be prepared for some campy humor, but it's great. A classic.

I cried at the ending. Sad

I hadn't realized it was based on a true story.

For my viewing pleasure tonight we have this little gem...

Even the font in the opening credits is terrible.

I'm hopeful.

That looks sufficiently campy. Patrick Bergin was at least in The Patriot Games (as the secondary antagonist Kevin O'Donnel, below Sean Bean's portrayal of primary antagonist Sean Miller).

And before you ask, yes, Sean Bean dies in that one too. Seriously, the man is a walking spoiler. Tongue

So far it's weirdly fun in that terrible way.
