RE: My recent food adventures.
I tried collared greens for the first time. I was scared and I didn't like it.

I was eating a LOT of bok choy over the last few days, then I remembered hearing about a legitimate case of bok choy overdose in China... Apparently you can go comatos and/or die.

Tried collard greens a couple of times. If they're prepared right they're not horrible, but I wasn't impressed by any means. I'm not a fan of green leafy things in general so I'm proud of myself for even trying them.

But now I have come to believe that the whole world is an enigma, a harmless enigma that is made terrible by our own mad attempt to interpret it as though it had an underlying truth.

So my southern family members tell me. I think I'll stick to seaweed.

The Pork to Green ratio needs to be at 1:1 or higher. That's how you make em good.

I don't like eating pork, and the hammocks (I think that's what they're called) did not smell very appetizing.

I eat both.

Seaweed is good by itself.

Greens are good cooked with a lot of hot vinegar and salt.
