My rules for alcohol use.
Beer is not to be consumed from a can. Use a glass you cretin! A bottle is less cretinous. It usually considered correct to wait until 5pm to drink but that applies only to the hard stuff. It's fine to drink beer after 12 noon. Any earlier and you are an alcoholic. Unless of course you've been up all night.
All beer except stout goes with meals. Wine is for the pretentious...and Europeans. Hard liquor is great after a large meal. It's ok to mix coke with rum but stop putting ginger ale and shit in whiskey. If you don't like whiskey without mix then you simply don't like whiskey or you are buying shit. Stop drinking it!

I'll tell ya more later..

RE: My rules for alcohol use.
Whoa whoa whoa, wine is delicious. Although, I'll admit I do feel like an asshole when I drink wine in social situations...everyone else has beers and hard liquor, and here I am with my white wine in a fancy glass.

The only other type of drinks I like are sweet and fruity. Margaritas, sex on the beach, etc. Big Grin

I'm a pussy when it comes to alcohol. Lol Sad

Many people like drinking wine, I personally prefer beer though. Especially with pizza. :O

I got alcohol, I use it; that's my rule. Usually why I don't have it. I drink when I get up - start at five, pass out by nine - get two days outta the deal. Thumbsup

I mostly just drink with meals anymore, wine or beer, depending on what I eat.

A shot of hard liquor - pure - after dinner is a good thing too.

In my younger years I just drank whatever, whenever. It's a miracle I didn't turn into an alcoholic. I guess you either are or are not an alcoholic.

Drinking rum before noon doesn't make you an alcoholic. It makes you a pirate. Thumbsup
