My shiny new PC.
Well, if I had a phone or camera I would post a picture of it, but alas, I have no such thing. So here are the specs as far as I know:

8 GB RAM

Dual AMD Phenom X2 555 Processors 3.2 Ghz

64 bit

4 USB 2.0

2 USB 3.0

My friend and his brother built it for a price of roughly $300.

Under Repair.

Shit that's alright for $300.
What's the graphics card? How much disk space you got?

Graphics Card? What foreign object do you speak of?

XFX Radeon HD 6870. 250 GB for disk space because I did not have enough money for more.

New electronic gadgets are the best! Enjoy.

See here they are, the bruises, some were self-inflicted and some showed up along the way. - JF

The only bad thing is that I still have not found any speakers for it yet. We have a bunch laying around the house but they are lost and the one I do find are broken.

I got a new laptop as well. Granted it was a large amount of money but I am loving it as of now.

I prefer Nvidia graphics cards to AMD. More games work better with it, and they are generally higher quality.

GTX 690 overclocked all the way, bitches!

How did a cheap fucker like you acquire a GTX 690? Consider

That aside, I can confirm that graphics card from Nvidia are generally superior to AMD. It's not only because of their physical components, but also because AMD has no equivalent to Nvidia's PhysX technology and because AMD graphics cards are incapable of running games in 3D. The only downside is the comparatively high cost. The same goes for AMD processors. While Intel is miles ahead of AMD in all categories (processing power, cooling requirements, efficiency, etc.), AMD is a much cheaper alternative. If I had enough money, I'd buy myself an Intel processor and a Nvidia graphics card, but since that's not the case, I'm stuck with my AMD processor and graphics card.

Just a few more months then I'll be done with school and can finally get a job. Big Grin
