RE: Need help with the wording of KC's Law
KC's law: Any argument with KC may be won by attributing his position to religion. Alternatively, if religious, same applies, but accuse him of spending too much time with dirty atheists.

Still think too long though.

RE: Need help with the wording of KC's Law
KC's Law: If a non-believer in god is discussing with a theist a non-religious topic and conversation is becoming moot, bring up religion.

That short enough?

KC's Law:

My beliefs are mad and there is nothing you can do or say to change that.

KC's Law:
If KC is involved in an online discussion on TTA; no matter the topic, as the discussion grows longer, the probability of it being redirected towards his Calvinistic/deterministic beliefs approaches 1.
Well, no. It's not just applicable to me. It's applicable to the entire genre.
I don't recall any other theist to whom this has happened. Do you?

Pretty sure it happens to Egor.

He'll say something, and people will allude to Veridicanism and/or his past flip flopping.

Granted, most of his conversations is about the subject... but still.

As for other theists... I don't know if anyone has stuck around long enough and participated in other parts of the forum outside A&T to get a good reading.

Every single conversation in the past six months or so that he started was about Veridicanism, so it's obvious that people are going to refer to his beliefs.

It doesn't really matter either way, because my point is that there are far too few examples of this behavior (so far it's only you) for the law to be worded in such an encompassing manner.

Yeah... I see what you're saying.

We're simple, one-track minded people and can only associate any given member with one thing. Count your blessings, KC. In my case it's usually porn. Just sayin' Drinking Beverage

The law should read... The longer the conversation the more likely a theist is going to invoke some form of supernatural explaination that will be refuted ad nauseam.

Member of the Cult of Reason

The atheist is a man who destroys the imaginary things which afflict the human race, and so leads men back to nature, to experience and to reason.

Maybe not always explanation, but at least invoke some sort of barely thought-out link towards the supernatural. Big Grin
