I've been to Solesmes ... they have their own unique form of chant.
It's very nice.

Insufferable know-it-all.Einstein It is objectively immoral to kill innocent babies. Please stick to the guilty babies.

Welcome, from another ex-Catholic. The probability of my embracing anything like religion again is on the order of 10^-27. Good luck with that. Drinking Beverage

Think of it like changing each others' diapers and it makes more sense.

Welcome Catholic. Come in and set a spell.

Hopefully it won't smell as bad.

Welcome! Stick around and at least one person's mind may very well change.

My strategy of ignoring my problems until they disappear never seems to work out for me. ...I'll try to get around to dealing with that in the near future.

RE: New Catholic to Forum
Welcome to the forum! I had many close Catholic friends growing up. They were the homeschooled, very devout type. Most are now married with kids so I don't expect them to change their ways or their minds. Me... I'm free to change my mind about things. Personally, I've found additional freedom in deciding there is no deity.

Welcome Smile

You may want to check out the What Are You Listening To thread, too. We have quite an eclectic mix going on over there.

If we came from dust, then why is there still dust?

I quit that outfit years ago. And my opinion of it has only gotten worse since.

Atheism is NOT a Religion. It's A Personal Relationship With Reality!
