"No, I don't think that's true"
Just a brief, quick vent...

The most annoying reply (I know because it just happened) to sharing a fact that disables another person's argument is the rebuttal of, "No, I don't think that's true".

That's it...no reason, no back up argument, no attempt to explain why they don't think that's true...just, "No, I don't think that's true". You can then counter with more evidence and more facts that demonstrate the strength and validity of your fact, and all they reply with is, "No, I don't think that's true".

"Why don't you think that's true?" you might ask.

"I just don't think it is"...

UGHHHH....

It means the person has never thought about their belief. So they really don't have any reason to believe something other than 'well, someone told me'

I'm not normally like this.

bc truth is always conceived as if it is smthg else, noone wants to b true

everyone wants either to get himself so he can act being someone or wants to possess smthg positive that he can constantly have so he could act as above being positive

but also bc that is true, all is a lie and any is a liar

Seriously, lady, try a different language.

Skepticism is not a position; it is an approach to claims.
Science is not a subject, but a method.
