That's enough for me to see it.

Except when she has sex with her father to repopulate the species.

Why are you still reading this line when it is obviously my signature line?

The religious are always 10 to 20 years behind the rest of society.

TV series have replaced the cinema as a medium for adult entertainment since the Sopranos came arround.

Why pay to see some 2 hour movie at a cinema filled with a bunch of loudly eating, fat, caughting, in their cellphones screaming, annoying morons who I would leave in a burning house to save a pig...

... when I can crave for the potential future painfull death of King Joffrey from the comfort of my livingroom.

...c'mon guys.

This is no different than Hollywood making an Epic of Gilgamesh movie. They just went with Noah because it is more well known.

Besides... Noah is like some kind of action hero in this movie it seems. Maximus Decimus Noahidius.

RE: Noah: The Movie
Russell Crow looks good for a 500-some-odd-year-old man. I forget how old Noah was. 6-something? Old.

Which means Jennifer Connelly is SMOKING hot to be his wife.

The hell is her name, anyway? I mean, she's just as important to human history as Eve, right?

And if she's the mother of Shem, Ham and Japeth, then they should be pretty danged old too.

Way too old to have Emma Watson for a wife.

Wait, how old is SHE?

RE: Noah: The Movie
So, Noah's kids didn't have children of their own at flood time? They've been around for a couple centuries or more in an era of no contraception and somehow have no children. If this story was actually real, a 500+year old man would be a great(x12) grandpa with offspring and successive generations equating to a small city's population.

But it's only 6 of them. Huh

So, perhaps Noah's sons were gay and that's why they've no children.

RE: Noah: The Movie
Bible is very clear that there were only eight people on that boat.
I do not think ages are given on Noah's sons, but considering his advanced age, it would be reasonable to assume they were also up there in years.

Unless we take the unreasonable route: Noah didn't start having kids until, at the age of several hundred, he bagged a babe still of childbearing age, so that when the flood came, his sons and their wives would still be childbearing age themselves.

Of course, we are already in unreasonable territory just by assuming, even for the sake of argument, that any of this horsecrap ever really happened.
