Perhaps some people would still be law-abiding, moral, upright individuals, but without the social connection to "righteousness" their religion provides, many indeed might be more relaxed with their behavior, their morals looser.

It's very possible that the perceived success of the less-theistic Northern European countries is in large part due to their existing clannish closeness, strong social connectiveness.

People would continue to function in a manner that is required to exist in a civilized society. Criminals would still be locked up and no major laws would change. With religion gone we would find other reasons to be tribal and hate each other.

net change - none.

Well, we know that's not true because if religion disappeared then a few more people on this forum might finally get laid, and that has to have a net change.
