it is not true. Our existence can change some things.
I can take materials(like God did) and change desert that is not good enough for my living by turning it to oasis(good enough for my living). Without me desert would never became oasis.
That is what gods do: they take what nature gives them and they make it better.
You are god. You exist.

RE: Non-Existence Of God Is Pretentious?
This grinds me too to no end! I have been called pompus and arrogant just by hinting that there is no god in control of everything in front of the wrong people. This double standard is so frustrating - "you can't possibly hold a different view to what I know is the truth". Where does the arrogance fall. I think it is pretentious to ignore many aspects of science needed to keep the "faith" ideology intact. So there!

“Truth does not demand belief. Scientists do not join hands every Sunday, singing, yes, gravity is real! I will have faith! I will be strong! I believe in my heart that what goes up, up, up, must come down, down, down. Amen! If they did, we would think they were pretty insecure about it.”

This is the second time in the past couple of days someone has mentioned that I am God. I'm just not sure I know what to do with this news (?)

I'm considering moving all those who live where there's No Food to America and **poofing** all Americans to the land Not of milk& honey. Those conservatives could use a cold dose of fucking reality. But I don't want to be seen as biased politically so I'll send everyone.

or
did I want to bestow fairy wings on alligators just to fuck with those mud boys on that reality show?

I just don't know......................

When I want your opinion I'll read your entrails.

I haven't seen you learn anything. Quite the opposite, you represent one of the most closed-minded individuals I've been in contact with ever.

From my point of view your prerogative is to act the fool here.

do nothing because you are not God. I never said that you are God. Never.

In extreme cases taking metaphors as literal you get religion.

You misunderstand me. I did not say that we can't change things on Earth. What I said was that we cannot change how the universe works, as in stars exploding, black holes and their effects, etc. One day the sun will die out and there is absolutely nothing we can do about that. If a black hole came by and sucked in our planet there would, once again, be absolutely nothing that we could do about it. Look past our tiny, insignificant planet and think about the rest of the universe and how it operates.
