Norway
We have just changed the constitution. We are now a secular nation, with freedom of religion, but we had to agree to "the special agreement" .
All religions are equal however, one is more equal. The government, having no longer any say in what happens in the looney bin, still pays all their salaries and other expenses, and the monarch is commited by law to belive in them.
In terms of employment, no employer is permitted to ask about "flavor of religious belief, if any. or exclude anyone because of such belief. Except the church who can choose or exclude as the wish.

Homosexuals and lesbians may not be discriminated against, by law, but the church has the option of choosing whether or not to join them in holy matrimony. Whether or not has now become a matter of Zip Codes.

Yes, its christianity.
We have become just as bad as the US of A.

RE: Norway
I don't think you've become as bad as the US with this development.
I mean, you have have to get a big following of creationists, with several continually in office undermining the teaching and practise of reality before you can hit their level.

At least you people have made a step in the right direction.

The people closely associated with the namesake of female canines are suffering from a nondescript form of lunacy.

RE: Norway
The next step should be to make the IRS only charge a church tax from members of the church. Then we could find out how large the christian population is.
Historically everybody became a member of the church at birth. This leading to a membership of more than 75% of the population.

This is interesting.

I wonder how long it will be before religion is completely erased from European culture.
