I call bullshit on the "data". Pitt bulls are no more naturally aggressive than any other type of dog. They are, however, far more likely to be trained to be aggressive and when they do bite they do a lot more damage.

I spend a lot of time around dogs. You are far more likely to be bitten by one of the small yappy dogs than a pit. You just don't care that much and you certainly don't go to the hospital or report it to someone.

You're wrong. It's a well-recognized trait of the breed, reflected in the UKC standard and accepted by most responsible pit owners. Ignoring or denying that fact is more likely to end up with a problematic dog than blind cheer-leading for the breed. Freaking PitbullLovers.com calls them the "greatest breed on earth" and still even they say that they tend to be dog aggressive (though they say that it's not a "problem", to which I disagree - aggression of any sort I dislike in a dog).
