How could you possibly claim to know that?

Besides logical absolutes are true in any possible universe.

*non sequitur

You were the one that introduced mathematical expressions into the discussion.

They are no such things as logical absolutes, classical logic is not applicable to all domains. An example in which classical logic fails is geographic information systems, which need to violate the law of excluded middle.

"non-literal"?

Why would somebody go through the trouble of making a statement without the intent of being taken at literal meaning?

Why is there such a need for seemingly non-direct speech and confusing communication!?

No they don't. You just need to get your definitions right.

Because there are only 2 categories one has A and the other does not have A.
If it's A if falls into first. If it's not A then it doesn't. And it can't fall into both cause then it would be a contradiction.

Sorry but the laws of classical logic fail in a multitude of domains in this part of the universe. There are numerous non-classical logics and they exist because classical logic is known to be inadequate for certain applications.

That doesn't answer Vosur's question. All you've done is poorly state the law of non-contradiction.

Paraconsistent logics do allow for contradiction and they have many real-world applications here on Earth.

Geographic boundary conditions violate the law of excluded middle. If a coordinate falls on a boundary it is neither only in one locality nor is it only in the adjacent locality--it is in two localities simultaneously or in neither locality. Classical logic is incapable of even expressing such boundary conditions. Many-valued logics--such as fuzzy logic--provide not only the means of expressing such boundary conditions they also enable reasoning about them.
