Now let us cast spells on our food!
On Thanksgiving, it is traditional to cast magical spells and enchantments on dead animal carcasses, by invoking, and usurping the power of an other worldly, powerful spirit. And by holding hands in a circle, we can act as a spiritual antenna, a conduit to the other side. Creating a ring that focuses sprite energy in center of the ring, amplifying it, like a lens, on the animal carcasses in the center of the human ring. And then, by consuming the enchanted items, absorbing their mystical powers, to increase our health, stamina, and hit points.

How many hit points are we talking about? Any armor bonus?

In the picture, the mom doesn't have a napkin. She'll have to wipe her mouth on her sleeve, stupid cunt!

That just depends on what level you've reached so far, and how you've chosen to allocate your perk points as you acquired them.

Do the points scale on level or are they fixed? No mana buffs?

I heard that as you level up, you get to utilize this power once per day instead of once per year. And then three times per day.

They scale up as you level up, but you can also unlock perk points for achievements, so that you can customize you religious belief system. The more you pray, go to church, praise Jesus, call homosexuals fags, go door to door evangelizing...ect. the more achievements you unlock and the more perk points you get. The fastest way to increase perk points is to convert a non-believer. You get TONS of perk points for that! Or you can bypass that by simply paying money directly to the church and buying more perk points, or pay a priest to increase your manna.

But once you have the perk points, you can use them in your religious system however you want. It gives the player more flexibility that way. If you want to spend you perks on increased health, or stamina, you can do that, or you can use them on things like improved cognitive dissonance, increased dexterity for intellectual back-flips, better impermeability to new thoughts, a higher level of presupposition, or things like a better mansion in heaven, wipe your memory so that you don't remember that you have loved ones burning in hell, or while here on earth you can use them to believe the world is 6,000 years old, or that babies don't go directly to hell for not believing. It's really quite a flexible system, and it's up to you how you want to use it.

I don't like pay-to-win models, there's always a scam somewhere, and that tithe thing looks too much like microtransactions Dodgy

What die is is rolled to determine the efficacy of the spells?

If the party is attacked by food poisoning, does it mean the prayer was wrong, not powerful enough, or to the wrong deity?

Yeah, I never like those models either. It just cheating. You should have to put in the work, or what's the point, right?
