I'm with you. While I share some of the concerns voiced by others in the thread, I feel that, all things considered, nuclear energy is the best realistic option we have in the foreseeable near to mid future. Clearly, it's biggest problem is that, much like Monsanto, it lost the public relations war.

Atomic batteries small enough to power a smartphone indefinitely are at the "Possible but not realistically marketable" stage at this point Big Grin
