Obamacare vs the Affordable Care Act. Which will win?
http://politicalticker.blogs.cnn.com/201...-care-act/

Please, for the love of Darwin, I hope everyone here knows they are the same fucking thing?

A significant amount of the US population sure as hell doesn't. 3 and 1/2 years and it is the keystone of what the current president has been about and...still this dichotomy of opinions exists?

RE: Obamacare vs the Affordable Care Act. Which will win?
I saw the interviews on CNN on the weekend, and it was seriously shocking.
So many said "ummm, well maybe I should look into that".
Fuck. How out of touch with reality are Americans ?
It was like a bad "Jay-walking" episode.

Am really starting to think the US is not "governable".
Really great orgaizations do "blow themselves up" occasionally.
There have to be basic shared values for a cohesive society.
I wonder if we really do share any of those, or enough of them to make it work.

Insufferable know-it-all.Einstein God has a plan for us. Please stop screwing it up with your prayers.

Obamacare. Romney cooked it up, Mc Cain promised it, Obama delivered it. WTF are the Republicans bitching about?

You can lead a theist to reason, but, you cannot make him think.

Clearly they are mad about that last little bit there. Has Obama done anything they have ended up agreeing on?

I mean shit, they wanted to go to Syria and then Obama said "okay, me too" and then they went fuckign apeshit and said "you can't do that, you need us to say 'yes' and now we aren't so sure we want to go."

Politics these days is retarded. They think that their job as the other party is simply to disagree with any decision made by the opposition. Reminds me of a certain retard Australia put in power.

Most people have heard about Obamacare, but have not heard the term "Affordable Care Act". Originally the Republicans used it to put down the Affordable Care Act, but know Democrats use the term as a badge of honor. So now it is both Republicans and Democrats who use the term Obamacare.

They're the opposition, they have to bitch about it.

As a result of the health care law, premiums have been starting to slowly go up. For instance, According to the Washington Post, HR consultancy Mercer found in a recent survey this year that 12 percent of employers with at least 500 workers have raised premiums on health insurance, compared to 10 percent last year. Anyone with insurance can probably expect to pay more in coming years, for everyone else. Article resource: Cost of preexisting conditions.

Republicans will stop calling it Obamacare only after it becomes as successful and ubiquitous as Medicare and Medicaid. Drinking Beverage
