"9/11" attacks. Noone refers to Pearl Harbor as the 7/12 attack.

12/7

That sounds like a name of a corner convenience store not run by a Chinese or Indian family.

It's been renamed "Patriot Day."

They actually call the day of the battle of Lexington and Concord Patriots' Day... Regionally at least but not nationally. Perhaps only in New England. So they co-opted the holiday name and added it at a day that doesn't even make sense. It's so hyper 'Murica pandering to call it that but your dilemma of the Revolutionary War will be real if they actually keep it called that.

You gotta jazz up the name though to make it remembered. The Lexington and Concord bridge battle get's easily recalled because it was the "shot heard round the world!" Plus you have the whole Paul Revere & the Midnight Riders(which should be a band name if it's not bands have failed) the night before case.

Patriots' Day is April 19. Dodgy

Paul Revere and all that.

That's not confusing at all... so people will think it's some day to honor Mel Gibson because it's the anniversary of William Wallace having success and he was The Patriot.

Next we should create Memorials day, where it's a national day to honor all the memorials the US has across the nation.

The 15th September, possibly the most important day for the free world just passed. Battle of Britain day. The day the Nazi's lost the war.
